Chicken Noodle Hoop is a blog devoted to posting about the NBA. Topics are mostly random, but hopefully they leave you with the taste of your favorite soup. The taste of meatball subs is also acceptable. A lot more trades would happen if both could be used as assets.

About the Founder

I currently blog from Minnesota where my basketball experience started.

It was back in the second grade when I became a ball hog, which continued all the way through high school. It was at that time when I sported an embarrassing, revolting mophead that Cole Aldrich all but ate for lunch one AAU game. After that high school madness was over, I dove into the world of intramural basketball where I teamed up with some fantastic people to create the dynasty that was Chicken Noodle Hoop, and later Awful Waffle. My biggest contribution to those teams was recording a staggering two technical fouls. Since then, I’ve sold my championship t-shirts on eBay. You would be surprised how much money you can make when you say they’re stitched with gold.

But in all seriousness, I love watching basketball and talking about it, even if it leads to being seriously embarrassed in arguments. I’ve also been bit by the screenwriting bug and enjoy learning the craft in my free time.
